The Bow Day 5 30 Day Challenge

Back to ballerinas and light and shadow on this one.  Actually there were several more girls, or partial girls in this lineup, but decided to keep it simple but hope that it draws you into the painting.  Might do this one again as I would really like to work more on the shadows of the first ballerina, but you get the point.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you  have a great day.

Thanks Sidmar, glad to see your work again. I find I like figures as I can concentrate of form and not features.

Hi Hilda, if you can Skype or FaceTime you can get a different perspective, almost like seeing in front of you. Always can use your suggestions, I think I may try this in either acrylic or oil as the shadow fascinates me

Ah Jane, glad the motion comes through. The grace these girls show is incredible. Working on color transitions too. Like these dancers and think I will try to do more
well done! I really like the angle of the girls and applaud you for working so small.
